We are delighted to announce that Sasha White has been appointed as our Ambassador for 2025.

Sasha was the recipient of The Challenge Games Queensland Pacific Metals Excellence in Sport Support Award in 2024, recognising her outstanding dedication and achievements in athletics.

Having participated in The Challenge Games for many years as a school student, Sasha progressed through the Gail Brodie Trials in pursuit of her goal to become a para-athlete. Her journey reflects both determination and a deep passion for sport.

In 2024, Sasha represented the Regional Australia Team at the Oceania Championships in Fiji, where she earned bronze medals in the 100m, 200m, and long jump. She also delivered exceptional performances at the North Queensland Championships, securing gold in all three events.

Her achievements were further recognised at the Athletics North Queensland Awards Night, where she was named Female Para-Athlete of the Year.

More recently, Sasha represented Queensland at the Australian Championships in Perth, achieving a personal best in the 100m, along with season-best performances in the 200m and long jump.

Sasha has now been selected to represent Australia at the Deaflympics in Tokyo this November—an extraordinary accomplishment. Her dedication, resilience, and passion for athletics continue to inspire, and we are incredibly proud to see her compete on the international stage in the green and gold.
